Relative occupation following the Boltzmann distribution

• The constant of rotation and the temperature can be selected with the sliders.
• The occupation numbers of the respective rotational levels for a total of 60 molecules are shown top left. If one zooms out one can show up to 15 rotational levels.
• The graph top right shows the relative occupation number and the graph bottom right the idealized course of an associated spectrum.
